2. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Every family situation is different, and the information here may not apply to your particular circumstances.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, we cannot warrant that the information is free of error at all times, and we reserve the right to update or remove content without notice.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any other person or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of this website.
3. Our Services
Metharak provides family legal services including consultations, agreement support, and full representation. A formal engagement only begins once you and Metharak have agreed in writing to proceed with a specific matter and any applicable fees have been confirmed.
Nothing in our website content, emails, or initial conversations constitutes a formal legal engagement unless confirmed in a separate letter or written agreement. We will always be clear with you about the scope of any engagement and what is included.
Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our Services page. Any agreed fee for your matter will be confirmed at the point of engagement.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. Information shared during consultations, in correspondence, or through our contact form will only be used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
Our duty of confidentiality continues after the conclusion of any matter we handle on your behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design elements, layout, and the Metharak name — is the property of Metharak Family Legal Services or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may print or download content from this website for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites. Inclusion of a link does not represent any endorsement of the linked site or its operators. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Metharak Family Legal Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on information it contains, except where such loss or damage results from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Our liability in respect of any legal services engagement shall be governed by the terms of the written agreement entered into for that matter.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are agreed in advance and set out in a written engagement letter. We aim to be transparent and straightforward about what you will pay before any work begins.
If your circumstances change materially during an engagement and additional work becomes necessary, we will discuss any impact on fees with you before proceeding. We will always seek your agreement before incurring costs beyond what was originally agreed.
9. Termination of Engagement
Either party may end a legal services engagement by giving reasonable written notice. If you choose to end an engagement, you will be responsible for fees in respect of work completed to that point.
We reserve the right to withdraw from an engagement where we consider it necessary to do so in order to comply with our professional obligations or applicable law. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can in such circumstances and aim to minimise any disruption to your matter.
10. Complaints
We take any concern about our services seriously. If you are unhappy with anything relating to your experience with Metharak, please speak with the person handling your matter or write to us at [email protected].
We will acknowledge your concern promptly and work with you to reach a fair resolution. We believe that most concerns can be resolved through open, respectful conversation.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, please discontinue using the website.
